What’s Included:

• 6 hours of onsite coordination the day of the wedding
• In person meeting prior to the wedding
• Manage and organize rehearsal at the venue
• Manage the timeline for your wedding day
• Develop wedding day itinerary for vendors
• Organize and direct set up including decorations, place cards, programs, guest book, license, and rings
• Assist bride, groom, family, and wedding party
• Coordinate ceremony and reception activities
• Greet and direct vendors
• Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party
• Organize guests for bride and grooms departure
